Saathi in 1988 at Gurugram (Haryana). MAG is known as a preferred OEM Supplier for Plastic molded components, Logos and Air Cleaner assemblies for its Customers.

We have a technical collaboration with Wako Filter Technology Co. Ltd.(WAFTEC), Japan for Manufacturing Air Filters/Pre-Cleaners parts and Assemblies from 2000. This 2 decades of long relationship turns up MAG as one of the best quality Filter suppler for OEM, which adhere all FIT, FUNCTION and FORM capabilities to OEM’s, some of the Air Cleaner Assemblies are as follows that we developed with our expertise:-
- Suzuki Hayate Air Cleaner Assembly
- Suzuki Gixxer Air Cleaner Assembly
- Suzuki Intruder Air Cleaner Assembly
- Suzuki Access Air Cleaner Assembly
And many more are in our kitty which explaining our expertise in Filter line.
We are manufacturing about a million parts (in number) monthly and more than 200 types of automobile injection moulded plastic components such as Air Cleaners, Air Cleaner parts, Oil vapor separators, interior parts etc. for OE supplies to major automobile manufacturers in India.
We have Injection Molding Machines ranging from 50 Tons to 2200 Tons (30 Machines), along with assembly & Vibration welding machines – 3 Numbers of Branson Make and Models are - (M624H), VW6GV and 2407.
And our future plan is expand our capacity are as follows:-
- Setting up more injection moulding machine at our Gurugram Facility.
- Blow moulding machines will be introduced to our Gurugram Facility.
- Paint Shop facility will introduce to our Gurugram Facility.
- New plant for Injection moulding is setting up in Gujarat to serve our customers more efficiently.
We have our dedicated Tool suppliers with minimal time of tool making with best quality, which adhere market standards at the best price.
